How many topics are available?+
The library currently contains over 139 video topics, organized across 14+ structural categories. New topics are published on an ongoing basis — all included in your membership.
Where are the videos hosted?+
All topic videos are hosted on Vimeo and streamed directly within the topic pages. No external app or download is required.
Can I download videos to watch offline?+
Video downloads are not currently available. Topics are accessible on any device with an internet connection. If offline access is important to you, let us know — we log all feature requests.
Are topic transcripts included?+
Yes. Each topic includes a full written transcript below the video, which members can read and reference alongside the recording.
How often is new content published?+
New topics are added regularly throughout the year. All new content is automatically included in your membership at no extra charge.
A video is not loading — what should I do?+
First, try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, check that your browser is up to date and that your network allows Vimeo (some corporate or school networks block it). Contact us if it continues.
Which browsers are supported?+
Load & Form works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
Can I watch topics on a phone or tablet?+
Yes — the site is fully responsive and works well on mobile and tablet devices. Topics play in the browser; no app required.
Which ARE division does this cover?+
The content is focused on the structural systems knowledge needed for the Structural Systems (SS) division of the ARE 5.0, as well as structural content that appears in Building Design & Construction Systems (BDCS).
Is the content up to date with ARE 5.0?+
Yes. All content has been developed with ARE 5.0 in mind. Prof. Thaddeus leads ARE structures seminars nationally and keeps the library current with NCARB’s exam guidelines.
Will this be enough to pass the ARE alone?+
This library is an excellent complement to your ARE preparation — it builds the qualitative structural understanding the exam tests. We recommend combining it with practice vignettes and study guides for the full range of exam topics.
